Ingredients:
  • 30ml Mr Fitzpatrick's Sour Cherry, Red Grape & Hibiscus Cordial
  • 100ml Mango & Cloudy Apple Juice
  • Fresh Pineapple Slices
Method:

Cut two big circles of fresh pineapple and chop in cubes

Add to a blender together with the juice and the cordial

Add a few cubes of ice and blend

Pour in a favourite glass – this one is Gold Banded Gin Goblet from @artisuk

Garnish with pineapple slice and grapes
