Ingredients:
  • 30ml Spiced Gin
  • 20ml Bénédictine DOM
  • 10ml Suze Aperitif
  • 10ml Mr Fitzpatrick's Lime & Lemongrass Cordial
  • 50ml Cloudy Apple juice
  • 50ml Bitter Lemon
Method:

Shake all but the bitter lemon.

Strain over fresh ice in double old-fashioned or your favourite highball.

Garnish with Apple slice
