Ingredients:
  • 50ml Spytail Ginger Rum
  • 10ml Agave Syrup
  • Ginger Beer
  • 5-6 Slices of Fresh Ginger
  • 3-4 Wheels of Fresh Lime
  • 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 10ml Mr. Fitzpatrick's Lemon, Yuzu & Turmeric Cordial
  • 2 Full Sprigs Fresh Mint
  • 2 Bar Spoons Demerara Sugar
Method:

Build directly in the glass. Add the sugar and one of the mint sprigs together with the agave syrup and lime juice.
Stir for 2-3 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir for another minute.
Top with ice, stir all to mix and top up with ginger beer.
Garnish with mint sprig and fresh ginger.
